The city has the biggest navy, the best libraries, and even the best thieves guild! The last one is called the Amaranth. They were founded here, and their reaches stretch all over the realms now. Word is that there’s some new group looking to knock the Amaranth off their pedestal, but I’d wager that won’t be happening anytime soon. I mentioned the Verdant Assembly before: that’s the local mage circle which works for the Pale Mother, our leader. They run the largest library in town, and in the realms except for the restricted one in Ersenor, and oversee the mage and bard colleges.</span></p><p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Amaranth;\">  The city is built under and around the ruins of an old bridge which supposedly connected Vesadoren to eastern Eyadenh. Legend says it was built by the old gods, but no one knows. Entry into the bridge’s sealed doorways is forbidden, but every now and then people who get too curious go missing while scoping out the bridge’s openings. Vesdoren is ruled by an enigmatic figure called the Pale Mother, who I mentioned before and who never shows her face. Her mouthpiece, Speaker Lenora Shen, handles most meetings with important visitors while the Pale Mother watches from a secret alcove. The ‘bridge guard,’ officially known as the Knights of Vesadoren, are the city watch, while the Pale Guard watches the palace complex. Both those groups are alright, provided you don’t get on their bad side. They are nothing compared to the subtari, the Pale Mother’s spies and secret police.</span></p>","zoomLevel":"2","icon":"Map_Pin_purple"},"geometry":{"type":"Point","coordinates":[1303.912491,884.2]}},{"type":"Feature","properties":{"name":"","description":"<p><u><strong>Black Rock</strong></u><br></p><p>This small town east of Autumnport is under the protectorate of Vesadoren. The mountain above the town is mostly a dark rock from an extinct volcano, and this gives the town its name. There used to be a dwarven town and mine in the mountain, but it was mysteriously abandoned a couple centuries ago. Now, humans run the mine and populate the town, with only a small minority population of other races.<br></p><p>Recently, there has been a problem with undead rising and haunting the streets of the town and in the mine.
